SAVED SEED POLICY
Schillinger Seed strongly supports and will enforce,
alone or in conjunction with its technology provider,
a No Saved Seed Policy for all commercial products.
Most Schillinger Seed product protected by both variety
patents and technology patents which restrict any unauthorized
use of patented seed.
Our No Saved Seed Policy protects us and our growers.
The only source of income to support the Schillinger
Seed Research program is seed sales. Our customers will
receive continually improved varieties of soybeans to
allow them to meet coming challenges of producing and
marketing soybeans at higher value. Schillinger Seed
Quality Standards provide assurance to our customers
of a sure start each year. Saved seed always includes
the risk of seed mixes and questionable seed quality.
